Shipping Policy
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in
San Antonio to arrive within five business days from
receipt of your order. We can expedite delivery
to most destinations, please see below.
Custom-manufactured items shipped directly from the supplier will arrive within 1-2 weeks (large items may take longer).
Perishable items are shipped from the supplier and will arrive within 1 week, as noted in the item's description and in the shopping basket.
Most items can be gift wrapped for an additional charge of $5.00 per item.
There is no ground shipping charge for gift certificates
if you select standard U.S. Postal Service delivery,
7-10 days. A two-day delivery service is avialable
upon request.

Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our warehouse in San Antonio, to arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.
Rush Delivery
We can expedite
delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by
12:00pm CST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business
days; orders placed Friday through Sunday
arrive on Tuesday.) We regret that this service is
not available for some oversize items, items shipped
directly from our supplier, and items shipped
outside the contiguous 48 states.
Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items, perishables or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. You'll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted with the detailed product description.

Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each delivery address, as follows:
Free ground shipping over $150.00 and free 2nd day shipping over $500

Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
At present, we are only able to ship to the United States and U.S. Territories.

Hold the order and ship it at a later date?
We regret that online orders cannot be held for later shipment. We can, however, delay shipment if the order is placed through our
Customer Service Center. Mon-Sat 9:30-6:00 CST. Call 210-499-5760 OR TOLL FREE 1-888-499-5761 and a sales associate will be happy
to complete your order.
Return policy:
Items may be returned in "like new" condition within 15 days of receiving merchandise.
Homerwerks is not responsible for the shipping charges to and from for returned items.
If you are not completely satisfied with a Homewerks purchase or gift for any reason, please return it for exchange or merchandise
credit; refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash. Refund checks are unavailable to registrants for registry
gifts. You may return Homewerks merchandise at our Homewerks store or by mail. The following policies apply to all returns:
- Returns with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
- Returns with a gift receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt in the form of a merchandise credit.
- Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
- Returns by Mail
If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the
following information:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Order number
- Item name/description
- Reason for return
- Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
